Nourish mindfully personalized meal planning service is just for you if:

Option 1: Precise Mindful Meal Plan (PMMP)

​The Precise Mindful Meal Plan (PMMP) will tell you exactly what to eat (breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks) based on your specific diagnosis i.e. diabetes, IBS, IBD, Bone health, etc plus your caloric and macronutrient goals that aligns with your specific dietary challenges, Individual food preferences and activity level. 

 

(PMMP) Meal plans are catered at a very personalized level. After a thorough pre-assessment, I will create a meal plan made just for you, delivered to you in your inbox every week with full recipes, grocery list, a guide on meal preparation and nutrient analysis. 

  1. Pre-assessment check In 

  2. A daily caloric and micronutrient assessment

  3. A thorough review of your diagnosis with complete assessment of your specific nutrient requirement

  4. A monthly meal plan, made and delivered weekly in your Inbox 

  5. Detailed recipes with ingredients, how to cook instructions

  6. A weekly grocery list to go with your weekly meal plan 

  7. A PDF guide on meal preparation

  8. A detailed nutrient analysis of each recipe

  9. A summary of your medical condition with a brief explanation 

  10. A 30 minute call at the start of the program with the dietitian

  11. A weekly Check-In assessment

What Is Included In The Plan:

When Can I Cancel?

The PMMP service is highly individualized and precise, created just for you. The plan can not be cancelled/refunded if you sign up for either weekly/monthly plan, till the end of the month. After one month, you have a choice to either re-order or cancel with no obligation​​​​​​​​​​

Option 2: Simple Mindful Meal Plan (SMMP)

This meal plan is for you if you are looking for a structured plan and accountability. A flexible meal plan to lose weight, gain weight or to just eat healthy meals. 

 

After a thorough pre-assessment, I will create a meal plan made just for you, delivered to you in your inbox every week with full recipes, grocery list, a guide on meal preparation and nutrient analysis.

What Is Included In The Plan:

1. A pre-assessment check In

When Can I Cancel?

Once you purchase the monthly SMMP, you can not cancel it, however you are not obligated to renew it next month​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Option 3: Make Your Own Meal Plan (PMMP)

​This option will give you maximum flexibility. It is ideal for people who are organized themselves and just need some guidance and accountability​

4. Weekly grocery list template

5. A15 minute walk through call with the dietitian

6. THIS SERVICE IS Not covered by Insurance

No refunds on already purchased meal plans
